Descrizione
For perfect cooking: use 6 liters of water to 500g of pasta, add salt, and when the water boils vigorously add the pasta. Stir well for the first 2 or 3 minutes and then from time to time. When cooked, drain and season as desired.
Cooking time: 9 – 11 min.
