We never use cheese powder or artificial flavour in our biscuits. The only way to capture the taste of Great British cheeses is to grate British cheeses. So we freshly grate the Cheddar ourselves, and then hand-bake our biscuits for that home-made taste. Made with freshly grated Cheddar aged in Somerset’s Wookey Hole Caves, Mellow and Earthy, Baked by Hand.
