Conservas Artesanas “El Navarrico” was established by the Salcedos in 1960. Their children and grandchildren now run the business. Monjardín is El Navarrico’s select and entirely organic range. Some chickpea cooking results in an accompanying liquid that is thin, and not always pleasant. The slow and careful cooking of Monjardín’s excellent chickpeas produces a richer, more stock-like liquid. Monjardín Organic Chickpeas are some of the creamiest and flavorsome you can buy.
