Harvey Nichols Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced by Principessa Marina Colonna on her family estate near the Adriatic coast. She blends over 10 different varieties of olives to produce a strong flavorsome oil. The aroma is rich with green notes of sorrel and fresh cut grass. It has a creamy texture balanced with hazelnut skin bitterness and a strong peppery warmth of the finish. This extra Virgin Olive Oil is fabulous tossed through pasta and drizzled over soups, steaks or tomatoes.
