We never use cheese powder or artificial flavour in our biscuits. The only way to capture the taste of great British cheeses is to grate British cheeses. So we finely crumble the Cropwell Bishop Stilton® ourselves, and then hand-bake our biscuits for that home-made taste. Made with finely crumbled Cropwell Bishop Stilton® from the Vale of Belvoir, Rich and Robust, Baked by Hand.
