Our new range of BBQ Jams are designed to be used as a condiment or a last minute glaze. These were developed to incorporate a range of chili flavors and to compliment certain meats. They are made in small batches to ensure consistency and that the chili levels are where they should be. This trio pack includes Habanero & Pineapple Jam, Smoky Chipotle Chili and Sweet Chili & Lime Jam.
Ingredients
Habanero & Pineapple – sugar, pineapple, red pepper, Habanero mash. Lemon Juice, pectin. Smoky Chipotle Chili Jam – Sugar, Red Pepper, Apple, Lemon Juice (from concentrate), Red Chili (2%) Chipotle Powder (2%), Pectin. Sweet Chili & Lime Jam – Sugar, Lime, water, Chili, Garlic, Pectin, and Orange Oil.
